This document is in two parts. Part 1 sets out general Terms of Use for stephaniegafoor.com. Part 2 contains the specific service agreements that apply when you book or purchase from SG Aligned Strategies Inc., organized by offer: Ecosystem Mapping Day, VIP Productivity Intensives, and The Clarity Shift (digital product).

Where the specific terms in Part 2 conflict with the general terms in Part 1, the terms in Part 2 govern for that offer.

Part 1 — General Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using stephaniegafoor.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Us

This Site is owned and operated by SG Aligned Strategies Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”), based in Montréal, Quebec, Canada. You can contact us at steph@stephaniegafoor.com.

3. Who Can Use This Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or purchase any service or product from us.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, frameworks, branding, videos, and downloadable materials, is the property of SG Aligned Strategies Inc. unless otherwise noted, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted under a specific service agreement or product license (see Part 2).

5. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

6. No Professional Advice

Content on this Site, including blog posts, the newsletter, free resources, and general educational material, is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, or psychological advice, and should not be relied upon as such. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

7. Third-Party Links & Tools

This Site may link to or integrate with third-party tools, including ThriveCart, MailerLite, TidyCal, and Google. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or services. Please review their terms and privacy policies directly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SG Aligned Strategies Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or reliance on its content. Specific liability terms for paid services and products are set out in Part 2.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, available at stephaniegafoor.com/privacy.

Part 2 — Service Agreements & Product Terms

The sections below apply specifically to each paid offer from SG Aligned Strategies Inc. By booking, placing a deposit, or completing a purchase for any of the following, you agree to the terms in the applicable section.

A. Ecosystem Mapping Day

By booking and paying for an Ecosystem Mapping Day (“Service”), you (“Client”) agree to retain Stephanie Gafoor / SG Aligned Strategies Inc. (“Service Provider”) on the following terms.

Scope of Service

Ecosystem Mapping Day is a half-day strategic session delivered via Zoom, consisting of a 2.5-hour Part 1, a 30-minute break, and a 1.5-hour Part 2 (5.5 hours of total provider time, including preparation and delivery).

Client agrees to complete a pre-work form at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. The quality and completeness of the Client's prework directly affect the value of the session, and the Service Provider is not responsible for reduced session effectiveness resulting from incomplete prework.

Following the session, Client will receive an Ecosystem Blueprint (a one-page summary document) the following day, along with a 48-hour window for light revisions and a one-week check-in.

Building or designing new offers, programs, or services is outside the scope of Ecosystem Mapping Day. Clients seeking that level of support should inquire about a VIP Productivity Intensive.

Payment

Ecosystem Mapping Day requires payment in full at the time of booking. There is no deposit option for this Service; your spot is confirmed only once payment is received in full.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

This purchase is non-refundable. Client may reschedule their session with at least 7 days' prior written notice to Service Provider.

Client's payment is valid for 90 days from the date of original booking and must be used within that timeframe. If the session does not take place within 90 days, or the Client fails to request a new date at least 7 days prior to a booked appointment, the payment will be forfeited and the Service terminated. If Client wishes to reschedule beyond 90 days, the original payment may, at Service Provider's discretion, be applied toward a new booking at the then-current rate, which may be higher than the original rate.

If the Service Provider needs to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, she will notify the Client as soon as possible and offer the next available date. If rescheduling isn't feasible, the client may apply their payment toward a future session or receive a refund.

Ownership of Materials

The Ecosystem Blueprint and any other materials created specifically for Client during this Service become the property of Client upon delivery, and Client may use them as they see fit. The underlying frameworks, methodology, prework template, and process used to deliver the Service remain the intellectual property of the Service Provider.

Use of Testimonials

Client understands that any written statements, images, or recordings made in connection with this Service may be used by Service Provider for promotional purposes, and authorizes the use of Client's name and brief biographical information in that context, unless Client requests otherwise in writing.

B. VIP Productivity Intensives

By placing a deposit and/or purchasing a VIP Productivity Intensive, you (“Client”) agree to retain Stephanie Gafoor / SG Aligned Strategies Inc. (“Service Provider”) to provide high-impact business support and systems optimization through a VIP Productivity Intensive (“Service”) on the following general terms. Before your Intensive begins, you will also be asked to review and sign a separate VIP Productivity Intensive Agreement, which sets out the specific scope, schedule, and confidentiality terms for your engagement. Where that signed Agreement and this Section B differ, the signed Agreement governs.

Scope of Service

A one-time VIP Productivity Intensive includes 4 hours of deep work focused on high-impact execution, a 1-hour pre-service planning call, a VIP Productivity Workbook & Resources, a post-Intensive email recap, and 14 days of post-Intensive email support for questions about work already completed. This support period does not include additional work beyond what was completed during the Service; further work requires booking another Intensive or a separate agreement.

Work will generally be performed at the offices of the Service Provider, though it may occasionally take place at other locations as required. Work priority is set by the Client and addressed during the Intensive itself. Service Provider's office hours for between-session communication are Monday to Thursday, 10am-4pm ET, and Friday, 10am–12pm ET.

Services beyond the Intensive itself, such as additional 1:1 support sessions or training, are billed separately at the Service Provider's current rate, and any third-party tools or expenses outside normal overhead are not included in this agreement.

Recurring Intensives

Clients booking VIP Intensives on a recurring basis receive priority scheduling and are billed in full at the beginning of each month, rather than via the deposit structure below. Recurring clients must provide at least 7 days' notice to cancel an upcoming session in the series.

Payment

For one-time Intensives, payment is due at the agreed rate at the time of booking. Client may alternatively choose to pay a 50% deposit, with the balance due 24 hours before the session. Payment can be made via ThriveCart or by e-transfer, at the Client's preference. All fees are in Canadian dollars.

Rates may change over time; the Service Provider will give advance notice of any pricing adjustments before they take effect.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

This purchase is non-refundable but may be transferred to another date or service with at least 7 days' prior written notice. Cancellations or reschedule requests with less than 7 days' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit or payment.

Client's deposit or payment is valid for 90 days from the date of original booking and must be used within that timeframe. If the Intensive does not occur within 90 days, the deposit will be forfeited and the Intensive terminated, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If Client wishes to reschedule beyond 90 days, the original payment may, at Service Provider's discretion, be applied toward a new booking at the then-current Intensive rate, which may be higher than the original rate.

If Service Provider needs to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, she will notify Client as soon as possible and offer the next available date that works for both parties. If rescheduling isn't feasible, Client may apply their payment toward a future session or receive a refund of their deposit.

This 90-day forfeiture policy is distinct from the reimbursement terms that apply if Service Provider terminates an engagement for cause, or if a dispute is resolved in Client's favour — see the signed VIP Productivity Intensive Agreement for those terms.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the course of the engagement secure, and Service Provider will not share Client's proprietary business information with any third party without written consent. Full confidentiality terms are set out in the signed VIP Productivity Intensive Agreement and survive the end of the engagement.

Ownership of Materials

The results of any work performed by Service Provider for Client, including original creative work, remain the property of Client once completed, who may use the material as they see fit. Service Provider will sign any reasonable documentation requested to confirm this ownership.

Use of Testimonials

Client understands that any written statements, images, audio recordings, or video recordings of Client made in connection with the Intensive may be used by Service Provider in connection with publicizing and promoting her services. Client authorizes Service Provider to use their name, brief biographical information, and written or recorded statements for this purpose, unless Client requests otherwise in writing.

C. The Clarity Shift (Digital Product)

By purchasing The Clarity Shift (“Product”), you (“Buyer”) agree to the following terms with SG Aligned Strategies Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us”). These terms are distinct from the service agreements above, as The Clarity Shift is a self-guided digital product rather than a 1:1 service.

Nature of the Product

The Clarity Shift is a self-guided, two-part video practice delivered through our course platform. It is educational content designed to help you externalize and prioritize what's on your mind and in your business. It is not coaching, consulting, therapy, or any form of personalized professional advice, and no 1:1 support is included with this purchase.

The Clarity Shift is not a substitute for mental health support. If you are experiencing significant stress, overwhelm, or mental health concerns, please seek support from a qualified professional.

License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, lifetime license to access and use The Clarity Shift for your own individual or business use. This is a license to use the Product, you are not purchasing ownership of the underlying content, videos, frameworks, or materials, which remain the exclusive intellectual property of SG Aligned Strategies Inc.

You may not resell, share, distribute, publicly perform, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Product, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

Access

Access to The Clarity Shift is provided on a lifetime basis from the date of purchase, for as long as the Product remains available on our platform. We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve the content of the Product at any time without notice. In the unlikely event we discontinue the Product entirely, we will provide reasonable advance notice and, where feasible, an opportunity to download or retain materials.

Payment & Refunds

All purchases of The Clarity Shift are final sale. Due to the instant and self-guided nature of digital access, we do not offer refunds once the purchase is complete and access has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing the Product, please contact us at support@stephaniegafoor.com, and we will work to resolve it.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or business performance from use of The Clarity Shift. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and application of the material.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to share your login credentials or course access with anyone else, and not to record, copy, or redistribute the video content.
