  • Name and email address, when you subscribe to The Lighter Side newsletter or download a lead magnet (e.g. the Business Ecosystem Assessment).

Scheduling (TidyCal)

  • Name, email address, and any details you provide when booking a discovery call or scheduling a service, along with the date/time of your booking.

Purchases (ThriveCart)

  • Name, email address, billing address, and payment details when you purchase a digital product (such as The Clarity Shift) or book a paid service (such as The Ecosystem Deep Dive or a VIP Productivity Intensive).
  • Payment card information is collected and processed directly by ThriveCart and its payment processors. We do not directly receive or store your full credit card details.

Service Delivery

  • Information you share with us in prework forms, strategy calls, emails, or working sessions, where relevant to delivering the service you've purchased.

  • Google Workspace (Drive/Docs) — document delivery, such as your Ecosystem Deep Dive Blueprint
  • Google Analytics — website analytics to understand how visitors use our Site (via Google Site Kit). Google Analytics collects data such as pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate location. This data is anonymized and aggregated; we do not use it to identify individuals.
  • Complianz — cookie consent management. Complianz manages your cookie preferences and maintains a record of consent given on this Site.
