  • Name and email address, when you subscribe to The Lighter Side newsletter or download a lead magnet (e.g. the Business Ecosystem Assessment).

Scheduling (TidyCal)

  • Name, email address, and any details you provide when booking a discovery call or scheduling a service, along with the date/time of your booking.

Purchases (ThriveCart)

  • Name, email address, billing address, and payment details when you purchase a digital product (such as The Clarity Shift) or book a paid service (such as Ecosystem Mapping Day or a VIP Productivity Intensive).
  • Payment card information is collected and processed directly by ThriveCart and its payment processors. We do not directly receive or store your full credit card details.

Service Delivery

  • Information you share with us in prework forms, strategy calls, emails, or working sessions, where relevant to delivering the service you've purchased.

Automatically Collected Information

  • Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through our website host and any analytics tools in use.

  • Google Workspace (Drive/Docs): document delivery, such as your Ecosystem Blueprint
