You bring the vision. I'll help you build it.

Tech & Systems Implementation sessions are done-for-you support for everything that carries your work into the world. Your course built, your launch set up, your emails flowing smoothly, all handled by someone who understands what you’re creating and why it matters.

For experienced, independent service providers

The work you offer has depth.

You've spent years shaping it, and the people you serve feel the difference.

Bringing it into the world takes more than the idea, though. There's the course platform, the sales page, the checkout, the emails, and the automations that tie it all together. Each piece matters, and each one pulls you away from the heart of your work.

That’s where I come in. I understand why each part of your setup exists and how it connects to the rest of your business.

You focus on the work your clients come to you for, and I take care of the tech with the same thought and intention you’d give it yourself.

Two ways to work together

Every business moves at its own pace.

Some clients want steady support as their business grows; others have one clear goal in mind.Choose the way that fits where you are right now.

Ongoing Tech & Systems Implementation

Your sessions become part of your monthly rhythm. How most clients work with me.
Ideal for publishing systems, ongoing tech care, and the steady stream of projects a growing business brings.

A Single Session

One focused session for a specific project, like setting up a webinar or a course.
A good fit when you have one clear build in mind, or want to see how we work together before booking regularly.

What ongoing support looks like

Ongoing means we work on a rhythm that suits what you're building.

That could look like once a month, every other month, every two weeks; you choose the frequency and your dates are held on my calendar.

Between sessions, you add tasks and ideas to a shared priorities list as they come up, so nothing gets lost. Before each session, we set the focus together. When the plan is clear, a short check-in or a look at your list is all it takes. When we're starting something bigger, like a course build or a launch, we take a full hour to map it out.

Over time, I get to know your business, your tools, and how you like things done. That familiarity is what lets each session go further than the last.

"We’ve been working together for about five years now, and she knows me well enough to make recommendations that I trust and know are in my best interest.

When I hand my work over to Stephanie, it creates far more space for me, both creatively and professionally. That space allows me to dive more deeply into the work I truly flourish in, and when I'm flourishing, it opens up even more possibilities for myself AND my clients."

Why focused blocks work better

Meaningful work deserves full attention.

When setup happens in scattered moments between other tasks, it gets done in pieces, and the details slip.

In a dedicated block, decisions get made in one sitting, and everything connects as it should. Projects are completed more efficiently, and your days stay free for the work only you can do.

Your business has my complete attention rather than a share of it split across a stream of small requests.

What changes when it’s done

When a session wraps, your project is complete, or you know exactly what’s left and the plan to finish it. No waiting on replies. No wondering whether something was set up properly.

Many clients come to me after working with someone who moved fast but missed the details. What they find here is care in the work itself: connections checked, flows tested, and your business treated like it matters.

That’s the real shift.

You stop carrying the worry and start trusting the systems behind your work.

What we build together

Most sessions centre on one of three areas.

Every Intensive is flexible. Whether you want me to handle everything while you step away, or you'd prefer to work alongside me and learn as we build, we'll set it up the way that works best for you.

Here's a taste of what clients walk away with, fully built, set up, and ready to go. You bring the content and copy; I handle everything else.

Launches and offers

Everything it takes to bring a new offer to life.

  • Lead magnet funnel: Freebie designed, opt-in and thank-you pages built, delivery email connected.
  • Webinar funnel: Registration page live, confirmation and reminder emails scheduled, replay delivery set up.
  • Online course portal: Modules and lessons organized, your material uploaded, member experience ready for students. Larger courses are spread across a few sessions.
  • Digital product setup: Sales page built, checkout connected, delivery automated.
Publishing systems

So each piece you write goes out smoothly, on schedule, and on brand.

  • Email newsletter system: Template designed, list segmented, sending rhythm in place.
  • Blog publishing system: Your posts formatted and scheduled, with a simple editorial calendar.
The working parts of your business

The client experience, processes, and platforms that keep everything running well.

  • Client experience system: Welcome and offboarding emails, questionnaires, contracts, and invoice templates, every step documented.
  • SOPs and workflow documentation: Your key processes written down so they no longer live only in your head.
  • Kajabi cleanup: Products organized, pages tidied, automations checked so your platform supports your growth.

Whether you prefer to hand it all off, or work alongside me and learn as we go, we'll set up your session the way that suits you.

You bring the content and copy; I take care of the systems and tech.

A note on how we work

Each session is time set aside for your business, shaped around your priorities rather than a fixed list of deliverables. Prep work and quick decisions on the day help us get further, and my process is designed to make the most of every hour.

"Stephanie took time to consult and really understand my mission and brand. Then she used her skills and artistry to create beautiful, material I am proud to use. Every time I opened her work was like opening a gift and being awed!"

Is this right for you?

You're in the right place if..

  • You're building something you care about deeply, like a course, a program, or a new offer
  • You'd rather spend your energy on the work itself than on the tech behind it
  • You want the setup done well, by someone who takes the time to understand you and your business
  • You'd like steady, hands-on support without someone in your inbox every day
  • You have projects that keep getting pushed further and further out
  • You value a thoughtful partner over a quick fix

It's not the right fit if you need someone available daily for small tasks, or someone to write your content or manage your social media. That's a different kind of support, and I'm happy to point you toward people I trust.

FAQs

Good questions deserve real answers.

Here’s everything you might want to know before booking your VIP Productivity Intensive.

How do I get started?

Book a free Discovery Call. We'll make sure it's the right fit and choose between ongoing and single support together.

What's the difference between ongoing and single?

The session itself is the same. Ongoing clients book on a regular rhythm, with held dates and a shared priorities list between sessions. A single session is booked for one specific project.

Can I start with one and move to ongoing later?

Absolutely. Many clients start with a single project and find a monthly rhythm suits them.

Do I have to commit to a set number of months?

No. Ongoing support continues as long as it serves you, and you can pause or stop anytime before your next invoice goes out.

Do you write my content?

No. You bring the content and copy, and I take care of the systems and tech that carry it out into the world.

What happens to new ideas between sessions?

They go on your shared priorities list. We review it before each session and decide together what comes first.

How far in advance should I book?

For a single session, two to three weeks ahead gives us time for prep and planning. Ongoing clients have their dates held in advance.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Yes, and it makes all the difference. You'll receive prep resources after booking, and we'll plan together before each session.

What happens after a session?

You'll get a detailed recap, next steps, and 7 days of email access for any questions.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Single sessions can be moved with at least 7 days’ notice, and payments remain valid for 90 days. Ongoing sessions can be moved with at least 14 days’ notice, and any unused session carries over to the following month.

Sessions are non-refundable. You can read the full Tech & Systems Implementation terms for all the details.

Why isn’t this daily support?

Gathering your work into dedicated sessions means each project gets done thoroughly, without a constant stream of back-and-forth for you to manage. Your shared priorities list catches everything in between, so nothing gets lost.

What if my project is too big for one session?

Larger builds, like a full course or launch, are spread across a few sessions. That gives you time to review each stage and make decisions along the way, so everything comes together thoughtfully rather than all at once.

Your work deserves systems that support it.

Let’s talk about what you’re creating and the kind of support that fits
